Shipping 

 

We strive to ship orders placed before 3 p.m. the same day. BODECO Boutique does its utmost to guarantee this. Should we, for some reason, deviate from this, you will, of course, be informed by e-mail. 

 

In case articles are unexpectedly not available, this will be communicated by e-mail and of course the amount will be refunded if you do not wish to wait for new stock. 

 

You can choose for shipping with DHL or PostNL. For orders from €50,-, there will be no shipping costs charged for shipping within the Netherlands. For amounts below €50,- we only charge €6,50 shipping costs.

 

With utmost care, your package will be sent by DHL. For orders of €100,- or more, there are no shipping costs charged for delivery to Belgium. For orders below €100,- we only charge €9,80 shipping costs.

Returns

If the delivered product from the webshop does not (yet) comply with your wishes for any reason, you have the right to dissolve the purchase within 14 days, without giving reasons, and to return the product for free to BODECO Boutique after delivery. This is only possible if you have contacted BODECO Boutique in advance. The costs of the return will be for us. We give no guarantee on discounted articles. 

 

Returns can only be accepted within 14 days if the product is returned undamaged and in its original packaging.
